Re: tim's jetta, on 19's OEM r36 wheels
bout time you found some rims to stay and not keep changing, i still say go lower!! but they look good!
Re: tim's jetta, on 19's OEM r36 wheels
thanks guys and girls glad you like it
@manzi; yeah i know, but these are here to stay
@vdub; if they woulden't rub al the time i would go lower, but i would like to keep all the paint on the car;)
but il see what i can do, maybe a few more bumpstops soo i woulden't have to go to high;) coz i'm afraid og hights

Re: tim's jetta, on 19's OEM r36 wheels
well what are the offsets?? and what tires did you get?? you could probably fit a smaller tire on the rim and not rub at all and drop her more!!tim86 wrote:

Re: tim's jetta, on 19's OEM r36 wheels
offset is 40
and the tyres al already stretched
225/35/19 and i think a 215 wil be stretched to much, don't ya think?
but im already thinking, when the rearperch is replaced i'm not gonna screw him up, but i'l see what i can do then

Re: tim's jetta, on 19's OEM r36 wheels
well thats why!!! i would do a 205... to really stretch but a 215x35 would be perfect and you wont be rubbing. 40 offset shouldnt rub at all.. but i would def. try a smaller tire, and give it a stretch look, but it wont be that stretched!!tim86 wrote:offset is 40

you see now why i can't go lower
on the rear they would keep on rubbin and in the front, i can't turn completly without rubbin (but its only a little bit, so i can life with that)
and seeing your cars in person is the same for me
england i am def gonna do sometime but the us is just alittle bit 2 far to drive 2, that small puddle of water is just 2 big
