Ah Ha! Looks like you have the same problem as me with the front splitter! Although my gap is a little bigger than that!

do you mean the gap at the front in the middle? i read on the VR6OC that you are suppose to connect the middle then force it round the sides of the bumper.
i would like a vr6 lip but it wouldn't fit round the sides od the bumper as i've got arch extensions. would have to modify one to fit.

Re: Mark's vento VR6 *sad days*
the gap maybe due to fitting a golf splitter on a vento bumper ?

Re: Mark's vento VR6 *sad days*
no the vento bumper is very slightly deaper im afraid. there are seperate part nos for the golf vr splitter and vento one
Re: Mark's vento VR6 *sad days*
ic, good job the arches stopped me buyin one. i would've just bought a golf otherwise.
kinda still want one tho but not figured out how to fit one yet.

Re: Mark's vento VR6 *sad days*
aye its true, i have a golf splitter on my vento, had to cut some of the wee lugs to make it fold round my bumper, and the vento and golf bumpers are different.
got a few updated pics to take. got new wheels and more to come. rado wing is now black
the engine mounts are solid vibratechnics ones, front and competition gearbox.
its going lower too

Re: Mark's vento VR6 *sad days*
i have the motors and the spoiler. you still need the wiring from a rado to make it work automatically. nothing to stop you wiring up 12v and a switch and do it that way, with the rado wiring though its fully functional/ up at 45 down at 10mph. looking for 45 plus whatever postage is (guessing a tenner)
