ive just bought some new shoes for the 16v and ive decided that the white ACT's are for the track days

winters here and so is the salt, plus its about time i stopped robbing parts from my other cars. ive finally got some wheels I bought ages ago powdercoated. They are ACT ?? 7x15 ET37

Those wheels suit her down to the ground buddy the cars are really looking good on here now

G60 front brakes
Powerflex bushed wishbones
Goodridge front hoses
floflex arb bushes

stil to do the rear beam bushes are rear goodridge hoses. Still need to put the tyres on the RH Toplines, and still need to put the RE1900 in

I got home fine thanks. it was like the front cover of March edition of PVW for a bit with the ED38 girls Polo and carbd Mk2driving along

ive got some Toplines for the jetta- just need to fit the tyres.

The 'flakes cost a wee bit, so 2 sets is a bit extravagant.......

well, true to form I seem to have lost the pics of the jetta dropped lower over the Toplines, and they have been removed for a refurb (up for sale when they are returned) so the ACT wheels are back on and it was raised 25mm as the Michelin tyres are a bit bulkier. The RE1900 was put in and then went straight back out again as it needs a new set of rings, so that could also be up for sale, and im debating selling the 16v too as the GT Special nears completion and the final paint and bodywork bill is looming.

the valver is now looking sorry for itself as its been taken off the road and im now hacking about in a Golf Country. The valvers fate lies in the balance..... I have nearly all the parts to turn it into a track day toy, or I sell it as is or standard. Ive got another re1900 bottom end sorted too that doesnt smoke

i can see at the bodyshop next week for you. I think there is one but some of the tabs are broken i think. Ive built my collection up over a few years now.

That would be immense if there is, I've been on the hunt form what feels like an age now. I sure I can work around a few broken tabs.

My fingers be crossed, I've just found some fuel injector lines on eBay although one set is still attached to an engine block and the other to the metering unit and air box, but beggars can't be choosers!
