Is this the recent ebay one with the broken cambelt? Looks very clean, I fancied it but alas no trailer, space, time or money. Good to see another valver, we must be upto about 5 now?

Re: my jetta !
Have you tried swapping the oil pressure wires round? If the tappets aren't noisy you'll have enough pressure.
Connecting them the wrong way is a common mistake and results in exactly what you describe.
Looking tidy, got yourself a good bargain there and the 2.0l will really transform it into a very useable fast road car.

Re: my jetta !
i tryed oil pressure wires also tryed new senders all i can think of is maybe the oils a little thin as it seems to be like water. the thing that puzzles me is the fact it pulls like a train

Re: my jetta !
Could be a broken wire? The buzzers don't usual go off without good reason.
Could be worth changing the oil to some 15/40w Silver Synta. TPS is cheaper than the stealers if there's one in your area.

the oil buzzer seems to come on when the car is around half way up tempiture gauge around 108-112 on the mfa it will be on if im sat in 5 doin 60 but above 70-80ish it will go away but round town once its come on it wont go off till i dipclutch an give it some revs then few mins later its back

Re: my jetta !
well sounds like you have ruled out quite a few things there, my first reccomendation would be to take it to your local garage and get the oil pressure checked, they will usually do this for free and it will at least put your mind at ease as to weather your oil pump has had it or not. and lets face it if your oil pump has had it you need to know asap!
if your oil pressure is fine then we can look into diagnosing an electrical fault.
