im guessing you mean "give up" but ive never heard it said like that before. Ive still the period stereo to wire in and to tidy it up underneath a bit. It will be detailed in time for ED38 and VW Action. I really need to find a garage where i can drive it out of easily and actually enjoy it more!

Yeah something like that, I picked it up at work. Two shows in one weekend, sounds like a plan. I think that mine will be all singing all dancing for next years show season, no need to rush. Is it a pain getting into and out of your garage then?

the jetta only fits in the proper rear garage, but i have a small side garage that isnt quite long enough and only just wide enough to have a 3" gap either side of the car as i drive through.

The guy I bought my welder had a little bungalow with a driveway down the side and a delicious double garage in the garden, complete with a pit, workbench and fully Plummed in electrics! Envy much?lol

mine isnt as good as that but its 18x10.5 feet. Just wish the side garage was wider

no way to widen it as its right up to the boundary. I could make it slightly longer but its a Dukes of Hazzard dismount

Nah he lives over in hove!:-/ although my mum was kind enough to mention that the house we had when I was kid had a garage just like that! Shame it was 21 years to late!lol!

Ill be off to D38 on the sat and maybe Action on the sun- i havent decided yet. Im planning of bringing both the Country and the GT too

To be fair with the back round story of crazy boot rust and blazing infernos during the build I reckon it would make for pretty damn good reading in a feature!

Its been detailed this week as i was finding it hard to get some depth in the paint even though Sie had made in shiney beyond belief. Its quite surprising what a professional detailer can do in a couple of evenings! Zaino 2 and 8 was the main products he used and it has added some extra bling to the 80s pornstar

It will be at ED38 this sat and then VW Action on the sunday (see you there wiggy)

i didnt go to either on sunday due to the forcast hail and heavy rain. I played with the Golf Country at home instead

yeah the weather was abit crap but it had cleared up in the afternoon and was even sunny for the throphys!

Keep your eyes peeled in Golf+ in the near future for the feature that was shot this sat just gone. Luckily had pretty good weather and the journo loved the car
