Debaged grill looks good, i think it's the same as nicks (trampdrifting). The first shot of the oe grill with the spoiler on looks great, it would look even better with the vw badge sprayed black.

i think i will bust the badgeless with the eyebrow n see what happens! and also, arches are goin back on tomora, or friday, but should be on pretty soon, as arches are rolled now n that was the only thing holding back the plastic arches.

this should start picking up n a few things happening quickly.

last time i didnt use my hoover extention pole tho, i used a scafolding pipe, but cant find one now!

Ok, so today work has been done! and will carry on being done till dark!

for now, all i got to say is......

me+time+rattle cans = colourfull stuff! lol

so started with this..

and then it all started like this

Pete, vaseline was used for masking, apecially around the bolt holes, as difficult to mask with tape properly!

i know Fil, but got MORE bad news!!

one of the rear baskets has a crack so its leakin air! so need to get it fixed, and the people who i ordered the adapters thru, called and said they cant get them any more!

proper poo!

hopefully i'll get better news soon, as i ordered them thru some1 else before, some1 who i should have used from the begining.

i know! mega poo right!

so have good news and more bad news!

good news is that work gone did yesterday evening/night!

i decided that arches were goin to have to go back on, so i sterted gathering up the goodies to get the job done!

so started with the rear arches in the afternoon, one by one due to lack of G clamps!

by the evening when it got dark, i had only done rears, so fronts got done using the lights from my mum's car and the driveway sensor light, so kept having to wave my arms in the air when i turned itself off! lol.

so this is how they stayed over night

bricks are to make sure the bottom stays proper flat onto the car, as all clips were all cut off.

and this is what it looks like this morning!

quite like the way the arches look! better than i thought!

Happy overall really!

and bad news are, that the rear basket on 1 gottis has 2 small cracks and are leaking air, and ias i tried having them fixed already, no1 else will touch them, so strugglin to get any1 who will try welding them up for me!

if i cant soon, i'll have to get new rear for it, and that'll be bucks!

adapters are now ordered at regal, as 1st place i ordered them from flopped big time!

so overall hacked off about adapters and wheel, but happy how the arches look.
