Re: VW Bora 130 TDi S
Right Nath most places say around 170 - 180 bhp after a remap, ive also been told that a milltek turbo back exhaust system will give you about 40lbf of torque not sure what bhp it will give you, i dont know of a manifold
for a Bora TDi & air filter wise most people tend to stick with the air box & after market panel filter due to problems with maf sensors,
to give you an idea 1 of the guys from Edition 38 has a 150 bhp Mk4 TDi he's done the milltek, allard motors intercooler hard pipes, egr delete pipe & 1 of there turbo upgrades aswell as a remap & he's running 235bhp & around 400lbf of torque
hope this helps

Re: VW Bora 130 TDi S
so just with a remap and exhaust it boosts it to around 160 - 180 ?
if thats the case thats awesome, ive been looking at a few milltek sport exhausts as i have 1 on my C2 atm and its great, looks and sounds the part

you could always upgrade to 150 parts - injectors etc then map it and get even more power.

Re: VW Bora 130 TDi S
yeah, im just thinking of things that are relatively cheap and get the best performance upgrade
to get the same amound of BHP out of a VTS C2 i would have to spend almost £1000 but if i just got it remapped for say £200 it boosts performance up alot
