yeah i decided against the gold colour. it IS blue, but in the light it does seem grey/white and pictures just havent shown the colour right on it yet lol

It's all about blue.Your jetta looks great but you sure don't come to london (Road Hump Central).I have had to put 17s on my car for my brakes and also gives my that little ground clearance. cruizin

lol im looking into getting some new wheels next. been told mate may have some g60 steels i could have for £30! or some 15" bbs rims on a golf a friend has in his scrapyard so gonna look at them too. any ideas if i would need any arch work to run 15s?

nope 15's bbs ra's are standard wheels on some mk2's as were RM's so no work needed, mind you probably will depend how low you go

195/45/15 should do the job ,you still want your comfort 45 should do and it will still corner like a go-kart...

195/45x15 s are a bit hard to get a hold of also they are a little more expensive would go for 195/50x15 easier to get and a bit cheaper thats what i run and i have no problems

Sorry mate i forgot i got my tyres from mate who used to get tyres at cost.And Disco is perfectly right 195/50/15 are tyres can be picked up at all tyre shops.[/img]

Steve if you are like me money is hard to come by but because i sometimes drive my car hard and on the continant i only get new tyres at least then i know the life of them. Just a slight health risk buying second hands which could have had a hard life but still have plenty of tread....

i was running my jetta 120mm with 195 45 15's on. all you need to do really is roll the arches and job done! but make sure you buy tyres that have rounded sidewalls an not the square shoulderd type. sounds stupid i know but its true.

no there still 195 45 15's jus with a different style sidewall. the ones ive got are GT Radials and didnt scrub at all. Mytyres stock them and Kwik Fit have them in stock aswell

tbh i dont think many people do. My mate has the same problem on his 306 due to being ridiculously low on the back. I rolled my arches just to make sure they didnt catch aswell!!!
