hi everyone, how are you all? right here goes, i'm gonna be in the market for a new motor in the new year and a bora caught my eye the other day, you don't see many of them about so maybe thats why. anyway i'm gonna have about 2.5k to spend so i was wondering what do you guys think i can get for that? insurance isn't really a problem as i'm 29 with full ncb. it does need to be fairly rapid though as i'm getting bored with my 2.0 veccy. also what do i need to look out for when going to view one?

now i'm liking the sound of the v6, what sort of money do they go for? i think it was a 4 motion that i spotted on saturday. good news on the dash then, i'm fairly handy with the spanners so i should be able to sort that out then.

Alloy dash trim normally around £115 - £120 see link

and you should find they clip off but a wee bit fiddley

V6 Boras start around roughly £3500 - £4000 see link

hmm i think the v6 may be a bit too pricey at the mo, but the v5 sounds a good option. is there anything i need to check when looking at them? i know vw's are pretty good but most cars have their weak points
