I am in a slight situation and need assistance, basically on the coupe the doors should be later 90 spec doors, as its a 1991 'H' Reg, but the previous owner has put the type 19 doors on that i love.

Now I have bought the edition 1 interior, these door cards are for the later spec doors and have the electric mirrors and windows on them. While my type 19 doors are manual.

How can i work this out, i really want to keep the type 19 doors and use the edition one interior?

Help please?

Cheers

bloody sweet motor dude, it looks very clean and I love the interior. I don't think the early mk2's ever came with electric mirrors so the only route will be chopping that interior about which I wouldn't advise lol. If I was in your shoes I would fit ninety spec doors It would make the interior look a lot cleaner and more oe. Are you planning to retrim the rear bench in the golf fabric or try and fit the golf rear seats??

Hi Mate,

Thanks for the comments. In regards to the interior, I have the the full edition one interior, so will be using the rear bench from that, which will fit in the jetta perfectly.

With the windows and mirrors, I already have found a set of the electric ones for the early doors, so that will be fine.

I have got some other plans for it, but still working it all out and will keep you guys updated Very Happy
