Re: Welcome
Hello my peoples. Well, I'm not so much of a newbie as a few of you know me already (cos I'm cheeky!!) For those who don't know of me yet, my name is Olive and I'm Popeye's other half! Hence the name, just kinda stuck after Stoner!! I currently drive a 99 polo but the reason I'm on here is cos Jack is in need of a nice, caring young lady to drive him to all of the shows, and guess what, he's picked me!!!! He knows I'll look after him and keep him close to his big bro Beefy Bora!

Hi Guy's,
like to say hello to everyone, In 1982 I ran a new Mk1 Jetta Diesel as a Taxi, 260,000 miles for about 4 years, never ever had any problems, super little car... contd with VW's/audi til 2005
I have now retired and with time on my hands I decided on a VW Jetta project/toy.... As a result I've recently aquired a GTI engineering Jetta as a project, not that I know a lot about actually working on Jetta's and unfortunately even less about GTI Enginineering Jettas...However, with a bit of serviceing, temp cosmetics and adjustments the car is now up and running, mot'd and taxed, I'm delighted with the car, it needs a paint but can't wait to show it off, pictures will follow after the paint job.....
As for the JOC , it's a privelage to be a member
Dave.
