Nurburgring is excellent, Easter weekend is manic, you may want to try it then. Hotels are very cheap - and using the northloop guide, you can find decent eateries!!

In 2005 my and 9 mates when to worthersee and on the way back we had intended to go to the ring but we were delayed but it would have topped of a wicked week. The only downside is the mileage just over 1200 one way but oh what a run....

They should be the dates that we will be going.
Still waiting for confirmation that these dates fit with others and looking at Crossing fares to France at the moment but we should seriously think about getting these booked as prices keep rising.

I prefer P&O over nsefrance personaly (seafranc close the food court area on the late ferrys, P&O's is open 24/7, and i like to get some food on the boat)

With the cost of tickets to lap, I doubt you will be lapping all day. Easter weekend is packed on and off the track and it is such a buzz. Unless you are a hardcore lapper who wants a quiet track, I would go when it's all happening [as I did] and it was blooming marvelous!!!

As for the meet in the UK, will have a look closer to the time and see if we can organise a bottle neck meet (all join along the way) arriving with time for a good natter before the ferry!

Ye...sounds good....I think most of you are generaly north of me (with the others being south)..

Ye we would want a good services probably on the m1? (where i get on to go dover, and prob where everyone wil travel down)

Looking at those prices id prob say id go for like 4 laps....(as id guesss 1 lap is no point as ud prob need 2 to get use to the track)

After servicing the Vento the other week and having a good listen i think i might have to do some bottom end work to the VR before something goes pop.
Think the Ring would probably kill it.

The Octavia will have to be the substitute but still have to do a few things to it ready for the Ring.

Well boys and girls we might have stumbled across a problem. The future maybe starting to look a bit bleak as far as funds for Nurburg go. Neither me or Popeye want to miss it but we're just wondering is it gonna be possible with having to get a new and upgraded clutch for Beefy and also funding Jack's heart transplant????

An idea of approx funds would be a great help guys as we really really don't wanna miss this but if it comes to it, we might have to

Well as i said before i don't think i will be able to go for this one but i thought if we can do this more often (depending on the outcome on this one ) my passport will take about 4 to 6 MONTHS to come and visa's is a lot off hassle so popeye and olive i know how u both feel
