a black front grill will make a big difference,

im gettin the 2 peice grill like yours and sprayin that black and im gunna get the blach headlight aswell

This is just a parts update and 1st is the awsome deep dish steering wheel that i bought from Ultimate Dubs

and ive also ordered some german styled pressed plates and a straight thru center pipe

and i know i aint put my coilovers on yet and ive had 2 sort another problem out my CV joint went but i hope they will be on soon

been thinking about some of them for my vento too,

Had pressed plates on my jetta, but when people started getting fined for them i lost my bottle and took them off. I must admit they looked awsome though. Trampdrifing still has his on, and i dont think hes had any hassel yet.

came back from work 2day and another package has come :dance:

its a straight thru canter pipe so takes out 1 of the silencers so will give my car a nice note without a backbox as i will be hiding my tail pipe later on

and im gunna wait untill fri when ive got a day off 2 put the plates on coz i dont want 2 rush putting them on and then they fall off on way 2 work haha and hopefully will put the straight thru pipe on aswell

let us know what the mpg difference is (standard exhaust) & with your new centre section fitted,

as i can remember a while back i fitted one of these to a vauxhall of mine & the mpg went totally stupid & lost loads of power,

i ended up going back to standard on the centre section & fitted a sports rear box (for the sound)

some cars do need a certain amount of exhaust back pressure to run properly, i just hope it works out for you with your vento mate,

i was eyeing up that steering wheel at UD,nice buy saved me some pennies

thats the 1 i wanted 2 get b4 i went 2 UD but would have been from america and would have cost like $40 4 the steering wheel and $140 4 postage but got the steering wheel and hub kit 4 £65 ish good times

Time 4 another update i say and not much of 1 but just that my pressed plates and straight thru center pipe is on and i went 2 take few pics 2day

Just noticed your going for the stealthy exhaust..Im hiding my exhaust too when i get the bodywork done, aquired enough back bumpers to make one smooth

will do m8 and i went 2 the VW dealers the other day 2 ask bout a VR6 splitter 4 mine and i was amazed that the price wasn't 2 bad it was like £52 4 both sides 4 a proper Vento 1

i know mate, sometimes it surprises you when you do go to the dealers, & some stuff is quite reasonable,

i got a brand new one too from vw, only thing is with my coilovers on most of the time the vr6 splitter scrapes the floor,

keep the work up n keep it goin!

My new wheels was finally ready on friday so went 2 pick them up

and i rekon theyll be on my car bout june-ish i know but i aint loaded so have 2 wait 4 my wage every month

and also ive lowered my car wooooo and its not relly low yet coz im gunna get the new wheels on then lower it 2 where i want it but its a lot better than the standard ones

cant wait too see some pics with these new wheels on,

they are the ones i was thinking of for mine, but think im gonna stick with "4 stud"

maybe some "old style evo-r,s" if i can find some decent ones,
