Being a user of E38 for a long time its refreshing to see a UK site dedicated to VW's best handling MK2.

Also got tugged last tuesday for my plates! Apparently plod was after after eastern european illegals and pulled me cos my plates looked suspect! Cant complain though, been running german plates for about 8 years now full time and first time been stopped! Bloody eastern europeans!

RM's were only on it for Stonor Park, wouldnt dare use them daily, god knows what would happen to em! Save them for sunday best!

Cheers reaver, needs to come down about another 20mm at the front i reckon. Already on eibach 40mm springs and lowering cups. Was gonna look into one of those cheap 60/40 kits from ebay germany. Anybody had any experience with these kits? Think they are about £125 so not expecting a hell of a lot from em!

If you're looking for a 60/40 kit, look at Weitec Ultra GT set. They're 250. A bit more than those cheapo sets from ebay, but far from expensive and I'm vary happy with 'em.
Car looks great on the RMs, not so good on the other set, but still not bad.
And what do you have against eastern europeans?
