I see no rust

trust me mate, she is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It looks immaculate on the outside, but there are two holes in the sills about an Inch across, the jacking points are all rusted through, and so cannot be used. where the boot shuts, there is a hole about 2 inches across, there is a lot of rust under the windscreen seal, you can hear it if you manipulate the seal with your hands.

the battery tray has some fairly drastic rust, it has loads. sucks. If I was in possession of a digital camera, I would put a topic on here showing all the common jetta rust areas, which people should look out for when they consider buying a Jetta.

Never mind though, I have just won a rust free one on E-bay, picking it up on Saturday hopefully. hope to get some pictures on here soon!!
