not a jetta but golf gtd rebuild
hi all this is why i havent started onthe jetta yet alounge with a few outhers!
we started this one a few mouths ago.
this was when it arrived;

first job was engine box sub frame ect out

all rust removed ther was a small holl under battary that has been repaird(carnt find pic will add whene i do).

ech and high build primed

then all small black bits where sent for sand blasting thes were ech primed at first poss moment so no pics before.

pulys intercooler brackets est also (will add pics ween can find sorry)
rad cowling ,starter ,and sub frames (carnt find pics of rear)

wings preped ,drivers repeard (front courner of arch)

then i fitted rear sub frame and stering rack the old wishbones .struts and a pair of polo hubs that i had kicking about to just to get it rolling.
alonge with the bits that are a pane with the moter in.

not alot left to cach up
just top of drivers and rear pas side doors needed strating out where some little s**t tryed getting intook door cards off and the plastick liners had never been pealed back

it was bourt on ebay we were exspecting it to be for parts but when it got here we realisd it was far to good to brake and started on head gasket and found ther was nothing missing it even has an under tray
it had never been welded and has all its trimes so we started the rebuild
its done 150k and the cross hashing is still in the bores
rad,boost pips ,water pips ect

rebuilt the hubs 2day still need 2 paint drive shafts so will fit in next couple days
