I know GVK/Nige does, maybe you could check out what make and consider changing the one you have?

Unfortunately not. It's just a standard eibach job. I think I read somewhere about a adjustable kit....or maybe I'm going mad!

Think some investigation is in order.

They are stiffer yes. The GTi rear beam has one built in but the eibach one is much stiffer. I believe this one is a 28mm.

As for taking it off, I'm not sure. It felt good on the road but when pushed hard not too pleasant

Taking it off does go against convension, but it's worth looking at.

a few of the golfs on northloop have taken there rear anit roll bars of apperently it dont feel so nervos round corners or twitchy
