Hi there fellow vw dubbers!!!!

I,m new to this site so i thought i,d give you a brief post about me and my red bora tdi 130bhp. It was a 130 till i had a stupid idea to put the allard motorcompany vt4 super tuning conversion kit on 9 months ago, The kit consisted of a T3 hybrid turbo, fmic, and all the fitting kits etc, also have the miltek down pipe with a non resonated system, custom live map thanks to a close mate of mine, so now i,m pushing a healthy 235bhp at the flywheel, and close to 350flb of torque at 27psi of boost. Next on the list will be big injectors to run more fuel and in return more boost to push it to 320bhp.!!!

Just to let you guys know it now has the wheels painted in grey, standard tail lights and headlights and also dropped on fk coilovers 120mm rear and 90mm front. Hope you guys approve of my work.

It has serious ponies yes but it broke the bank doing it lol, never again. Ihad so much trouble with allard and a company called derv doctor.

you got a new cross member yet?
i'd be tempted to box section the chross member with 2" square tubing [X] like that, paint it black

Hi there the kit was just short of 4k. but having great difficulty getting the mapp to sort the fuel and boost out as its the size of a small country,lol.

Have you tried calling The Phirm In Churt Farnham? 01428608480 He does some wicked diesel tuning. Well worth a chat. That is a big money kit. Bet it rips. Was that including or plus fitting and who fitted it if not?

Hi there the 4k i spent was not including fitting. Fitting cost me just shy of 900 quid and the kit included, T3 turbo, fmic, all samco pipes and elbows, Allard egr delete pipe, oil feed pipe (high pressue) sachs steel flywheel with organic clutch and new slave cylinder. and bigger downpipe to fit the exhaust housing on t3.
It did take a month to get the car done alot of chopping and moving had to be made to the car to get the turbo and cooler in, but it is worth it now.

You guna post a pic of what you've done to the front?

i will when i can find my usb cable for the mobile unles you can do it for me mate???? it looks crap but its doing the job for the cooler now.

I like it but a suggestion if you dont mind, would be to take the bumper strip out and smooth out.

yea i think thats what i want to do but its gona take along time yet tho but defo gona do something as its not a smooth cut at the moment. thanks for the advice and i will keep you guys posted.
