Re: Hello all I have my first Jetta !
Good to see you. I had a jetta Diesel in dog D"£K Pink too pretty solid cars. Oil filter Always a good start but apart from that the bodys are pretty solid normally and the interiors are basic. But none the less mine was a rat but NEVER let me down. Slamed about 80mm on 14's. Good Buy. How much was it?

Re: Hello all I have my first Jetta !
Mine was a non turbo but i think it was just a D. The Golf GTD were all high spec on the mk2 and were turbo'd. Nice cars. I blew one up on test drive once and had to walk back to the show room and explain. But they new it was a dog they said nothing.

Hello and welcome to Jetta Owners.
Sorry to hear about your car, I know how it feels as it's happened to me before with a previous car. Had to spend £440 on it after having it 2 days
Where did you get it and was there any mention of the head gasket when you where buying it??
