Bonjour
Considering I own a Bora a logical place to join up.
Have been into VDubs since my Dad's mate bought a brand new J reg 3 door oak green 16V Gti and took me for a spin.
I've owned 3 Golfs starting from a Mk2 Driver which ruled the 6th form car park and then a mk3 Driver before purchasing my first GTi - a Mk4 1.8T 3 door in quite a rare red.
Then due to a change of jobs I was racking up the mileage and a TDi was needed - couldnt find a 3 door Golf TDi in my price range and couldnt stomach a 5 door golf so bought myself a TDi Sport 130bhp Bora.
A regular on the Performance VW forum - attend as many of the shows across the UK as possible, such as Ultimate Dubs, GTi Festival, Inters, Edition 38 and Stoner Park (where I once got flyered by this forum)
This will be my 10th year attending shows and still enjoy as much as I did when I was 17. Even bring the Mrs along. (she drives a Lupo)

Bought this car in Dec 07 with 100k on the clock now has 125k on the clock and about to serviced - but has been faultless for me (although the Turbo was replaced within the 1st week I purchased it under warranty from the 2nd hand dealer)
Could afford to get a Mk5 TDi (or a Mk4 R32 )now but really like this car, and it's not really costing me too much to run.
Anyway that's me and my Bora.
