yo im rob, an i've just got myself a tidy 1.6tx on a Gplate.
its pretty dam good condition, but needs to be slammed .
get some better pics up when its clean

hello again folks,
sorry its taken me so long to reply.
i have been watching this forum for the last couple of months and must say i is pretty impressed. good info, good people, what more could u ask for
anyways my mk2 is off the road at the mo, but got some big plans for her for the start of 09.
i also have a cool as fook 74 bay, but sadly at this stage in my life i need something that does'nt guzzle the fuel, and does'nt demand as much looking after as an old air-cooled, so she's up sale [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
and as soon as she's gone i'm looking for a Bora
pref a 1.9tdi and pref 6speed (are they all?)
should have about 4k to play with so hopefully be able to get somethin pre good and work some magic on her.

Hello chap thats a very nice collection you have there. Was the bay really owned buy VK and TD? Did you buy it off of them personally. Sorry to sound a bit train spotter but just sounded like a very interesting story.

vernon an tess owned it before the couple did that i bought it off.
even got a photocopy of the the v5 with vernons name on it.
an yeah its true, they also used it as there wedding transport.
