ABOUT THE JETTA OWNERS CLUB
The Official UK Volkswagen Jetta Owners Club was
formed in the UK in February 2000 and was run successfully
right up until March 2006, at this time for
reasons unknown the site went ofline so the
club had no choice but to close
however the flame still carried on in the form of a site known as BoraBase.com (although not supported with a membership) unfortunately after a single face lift and few members that site very quickly folded.
From March 2007 the club has been taken over by a new team more than dedicated to the cause between who have had all but one of the Jetta models
the
club has managed to negotiate a 15% discount
on membership to the RAC and our own (and other)
insurance scheme through a broker called Chris
Knott. This broker offers highly competitive
rates with the club also benefitting through
commission received.We have also built this
website from our own club personnel and resources,
and now attracts thousands of visitors every
month from countries all over the world, including
the USA & Canada, Mexico, Australia and
most European nations. With new services being
added regularly this website has become a valuable
resource for not only the club, its members
but Jetta, Vento, Bora and other VW enthusiasts
all over the world.
Membership
of the club also brings about many other perks
for Jetta owners, many of which are provided
by, and for members of the club. For a full

Membership
subscription is only £10 per year which includes
regular newsletters, membership card, window
sticker, opportunities to show off your Jetta
at events throughout the UK, as well as the
comprehensive list of benefits and perks exclusive
to members.
As
well as all of this there is also the chance
to meet with other Jetta enthusiasts, swap tips
and advice on ownership and maintenance and
generally socialise with like-minded people
from all over the UK. The club also extends
its welcome to any overseas owners or Vento
and Bora owners who would also like to join
the club.
