Regional meets

Some of you may have become aware that the forum staff are growing and that we are spread far and wide round the UK there is are reasons for this i am currently in talks refrence one HUGE meet with the other staff members however im also looking to have each staff member organize a localised meet I.E

Manzi in the north
Popeye in the west
Reaver in the east
????? in the south (sorry im working on it )

I know the meet side of things is something you really want but we really want to get it right because its one of those things that can really go wrong if done badly so please bear with me

If its any help Reaver I would be willing to do whatever I can if you count Oxford as South. (Even though its quite central).

well im from ashford in kent (south east) furthest south on here that i know of

leicester all the way

are scottish people not invited?

we will need a repesentitive for the highlands, technically i recon popeye can represent all as his bora - Beefy, gets about abit.

Manzi i was classing that as your area

i'm not that far north lol. i would say i'm bottom on the north

cant get much more south than cornwall

Just got back from Durham Dubs meet (250 - 300 cars i estimate?) There were 6 Jetta's !! 6!! Bump for regional meets to commence

from brimingahm so midlands/north meets ill be up for....

bneen a jetta owner for a few months now and eager to get to soem meets!!!

after speaking to manzi on sunday he reckons scarborough is good for a yorkshire meet. i know its very conveinient for me like but its all good just hope its a day when im off

scarborough isnt really that far from me neither,

about an hour away or so,

looking forward to meeting some of you,
ive been a member of j.o.c for a long time now but still havnt met anyone else yet,

i met those that attended harwood house met manzi other sunday.

lol thats why they are reigonal meets. not national meets. im sure there is someone from that area on here.

t-jetta-stare and myself are from the oxford area and are keen on getting a local meet sorted out if this helps at all, we are also looking at going to the no rice vw meet in guildford on the 12/11/2008 didnt know if anyone else was thinking of going?

hey, may be intereste in the no rice meet.....where is it? any info on any sites bout it?
