MY G Reg Jetta GTI 16v mk2.. Well new for me

Here are some more Pics ive taken today, not a great deal done compared to the last pics but he's put another coat or two of primer on and its ready for paint almost, just has to do the doors and where the doors sit on the car, hopefully shouldnt be to long now.

bottom of the doors here, cant believe how perfect they are, this is before he puts any paint on them lol, never seen any that wernt a little rusty here

went to have another look tonight after it finally had painnt!!!

took some pics and here they are:

check ot the shine on that bonnet.

He said thats before any wax or any other substance he says when he has had another go should be 20% better and he thinks that will be the worst panel so shold shine

here is the rear wing, this is before any flatting or polishing and its dusty as hell he says hes really pleased with this side

and heres a final pic of the back not a particularly geat pic, but i took it so thought id add it.

cant wait to get it on the driveway altho im really worried about scratching it when i put it back together, so anyone free next week to lend a hand? lol

he also said he had put 6 layers on the roof of one thing or another lol should be thick enough. should be getting it back on or around monday.

sods law tho that next week i cant have wednesday thursday or friday off grr

well here is an almighty picture post, Got it back on my driveway today woo!!

so let me know what you think! there are 26 pics'ish.

First few pics are when i went down to the bodyshop this morning, the guy who did the paint helped me refit the glass on the front and rear which i was a little unsure of and was really glad for the help

check out the reflection on the roof and boot lid Very Happy

new VW windscreen and New VW seal

back home from a few angles, loving the reflections Very Happy

Where the spare whiper hole was

one of the other whiper hole and a close up of the paint

where the areial and whiper holes were

fitted the sunroof first off, need to get it water tight new VW Seal too

check out the trees lol

two fuel caps to choose from lol

and the final one of the rear

so thats that, no doubt there will be lots moe pics this week, again im off all week so hopeflly get alot done will keep you posted!
